What Future for Jurgen Klopp?
In June last year, after a wait of 30 years and having run Manchester City close the year before, Jurgen Klopp's team was crowned Champions of England. Huge praise was thrown in his direction, winning manager of the year and players Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson and Sadio Mane winning Young Player of the Year, Footballer of the Year and Fans Player of the Year respectively.
Fast Forward 9 months and Liverpool sit 8th in the Premier League having lost 6 of their last 7 matches, conceding 12 and scoring just 4 goals. These are losses which include defeats to Brighton and Fulham, 2 teams battling relegation, leaving them 7 points off a Champions League spot and Klopp cutting a bewildered figure seemingly without answers. He's a man who can't possibly be enjoying his football.
It seems unthinkable to believe that Liverpool would sack Klopp given his achievements to date but this awful run can only go on for so long and with bookmakers currently having him at 7/1 to be the next sacking, fourth out of all Premier League managers, there's obviously a feeling that he's running out of time. It wouldn't be the first time that a team has won the league and sacked their manager the next season...
In 2015/2016, Leicester City beat all the odds to win the Premier League for the 1st time in their history - a club that the previous season had been battling relegation. Claudio Ranieri deservedly won manager of the season and will go down in Leicester folklore, but the following season came discontent. Players revolted and stopped giving their all for the manager and by February with Leicester languishing dangerously close to relegation, Ranieri was sacked.
Can parallels be drawn with this Liverpool team? Unlike the Leicester comparison, we're not hearing murmurings of discontent coming out of the club (other than with their league position and results), but we are seeing signs of it on the pitch. We can make a lot out of Sadio Mane not going down in the box and Salah not passing, but are we looking for something that isn't there in order to explain their situation?
We must remember that this is a Liverpool team that failed to properly strengthen over the summer with significant injuries at centre back, they have now tried 19 (I think) different combinations in such a crucial position. Is this the fault of Klopp? Has fatigue caught up with an injury strickened squad, lacking in depth, that has played 43 times in all competitions this season - in an unprecedented season, were Liverpool unprepared for the challenges ahead?
So many questions can be asked of Liverpool's current situation, why they are where they are and what happens next remains to be seen. I would be surprised if Liverpool thought a change of manager was the right move and at the same time, I wouldn't be. One thing I do know for sure, if things fall apart against RB Leipzig tomorrow night, what is currently a murmur could quickly become more than that with Rangers' title winning manager waiting in the wings (Gerrard is currently 6/4 to be next Liverpool manager). And with today's breaking news, have they already got their replacement lined up in a straight swap deal? Jurgen Klopp has previously stated that he would like to manage Germany "in the future" so is this "future" nearly upon us?

How many rumours can I start with pure speculation? That's part of the fun of this beautiful game and will leave us talking about it for hours on end.

Upvotes is both an easy and a tough question to answer - My only advice is to stop focusing on getting upvotes!
Upvotes are a by-product of writing, commenting and sharing opinions about a topic you're passionate about within a community that shares your passion.
Most articles I write take a considerable amount of my time (hours, not minutes) and are all on something I'm interested in which means that I enjoy thinking and writing about them. My hope upon pressing the "Post" button is that it sparks thought and conversation which doesn't always happen. My favourite recent post (despite being shared elsewhere) was a heartfelt story of another's experiences.
So find what you love, find a community that loves it too, forget about upvotes and enjoy engaging with that community would be my advice.
Thanks a lot . 😊 but I also invest an hour or long for the post. When I am free from my daily work, I post topics that comes to my mind or the games that I managed to watch. I asked if I could work on the article writing style or smthn other.

Everybody has their own writing style based upon their own personality. I've always felt the most important thing is to be authentic.
I feel that for me to advise you would be misplaced as I'm certainly not an expert and have been a member for such a short period of time that I still don't understand how it all works!
What I have noticed, in my short time, is that if an article is popular on Monday, Tuesday will see a dozen articles following the original articles theme, often without success. Whereas taking the time to see something new and original would have been a better use of time and effort.
As I mentioned before, you've got to enjoy it and I'd say that the point at which you stop enjoying it, take a step back and decide if that's how you want to spend your time.

TBH, I love the balance of both. Effort that we are talking about is posts taking an hour or more. Sometimes, It would feel good to be rewarded. Nevertheless, booming accounts are there to support us too which is great. As I have already stated some concerns in my blog Here. You can read that blog that sums up my confusion. Other than that, I don't have a problem. 😊Thank you and keep up the good work !

@eosxiomara - I read an article this morning about how up votes work, with a 5 minute delay (can't find where the article was now) before the "up-voters" maximise their earning potential if they upvote early and then other vote afterwards.
14 up-votes appeared after exactly 5 minutes, all at exactly the same time, none of which (as far as I'm aware) are following me or members of this community. So I think they've got to be bots of some sort. I'll be interested to see if the same things happens to my future articles or if it's a particular tag they're picking up. It's interesting that it's the main article that's being targeted and not comments.
Hopefully somebody else who reads this will understand it better than me and be able to explain it. I don't like being associated with this kind of automatic up-voting to be honest with you, it undermines the effort I went to to write the article.
