Introducción. / Introduction.
Llevar a un niño a ser un jugador de futbol es una tarea que requiere de diversas cosas, entre ellas una buena alimentación, trabajo físico, educación, apoyarlo y animarlo, obviamente todo esto se le va enseñando en etapas según la edad del niño; en un principio todo es animarlo, apoyarlo y crearle hábitos alimenticios saludables, mientras el niño va creciendo hay que ir trabajando en lo físico, algo muy importante es educarlo para que sea disciplinado. De esta forma le enseñamos la importación del trabajo, responsabilidad y por eso la educación es una clave.
Taking a child to be a football player is a task that requires several things, among them a good diet, physical work, education, support and encouragement, obviously all this is taught in stages according to the age of the child; in the beginning everything is to encourage him, support him and create healthy eating habits, while the child grows up we have to work on the physical, something very important is to educate him to be disciplined. In this way we teach him the importance of work, responsibility and that is why education is key

Todo lo anterior se complementa con minutos de juego y entrenamiento, aquí es donde debemos aplicar la disciplina y responsabilidad que le hemos enseñado, de esta manera aprenderán que un jugador se forma en los entrenamientos y lo da todo en la cancha; ahora parece que estamos hablando de futbolistas profesionales, pero no estamos hablando de la formación de niños y esto se debe practicar desde siempre, para que en la etapa adulta reconozcan que fue lo esencial y saber que es lo que les permitió desarrollarse.
All of the above is complemented with minutes of play and training, this is where we must apply the discipline and responsibility that we have taught them, in this way they will learn that a player is formed in training and gives everything on the pitch; now it seems that we are talking about professional footballers, but we are not talking about the formation of children and this must be practiced from always, so that in the adult stage they recognise what was essential and know that it is what allowed them to develop.
Como llegar a ser futbolista profesional. / How to become a professional footballer.
Normalmente en los países y ciudades, donde existen clubes o academias los padres inscriben a sus hijos para que se formen allí, pero en algunos casos es difícil entrar, ya que se realizan preselecciones, en el peor de los casos hay ciudades o pueblos en el mundo donde no existen clubes o academias y los jugadores solo dependen de la suerte para poder ser vistos por un ojeador o también deben salir de su región para poder hacer pruebas y ver si cumplen con el nivel exigido por un club o academia.
Normally in countries and cities where there are clubs or academies, parents sign up their children to be trained there, but in some cases it is difficult to enter, as pre-selections are made, in the worst cases there are cities or towns in the world where there are no clubs or academies and players only depend on luck to be seen by a scout or they must also leave their region to be able to test and see if they meet the level required by a club or academy.

En Venezuela por suerte existen academias y equipos donde un jugador con potencial puede realizar las pruebas, en algunos casos muchos jugadores salen de sus pueblos y van a ciudades u otros pueblos aledaños para cumplir el sueño de ser preseleccionado, cabe destacar que Venezuela no es un país que se caracterice por ser un gran exportador de futbolistas, pero si hay muchos en los últimos años que han salido a jugar a Europa, Sudamérica, USA y otros continentes. Si escogiera alguna academia en mi ciudad sería la de Mineros de Guayana, ya que es un club de primera división con oportunidades donde se han formado jugadores que han salido a Europa e incluso siendo de las categorías menores.
Luckily in Venezuela there are academies and teams where a player with potential can try out, in some cases many players leave their towns and go to cities or other nearby towns to fulfil the dream of being pre-selected, it should be noted that Venezuela is not a country that is known for being a great exporter of footballers, but there are many in recent years who have gone to play in Europe, South America, USA and other continents. If I were to choose any academy in my city it would be Mineros de Guayana, as it is a first division club with opportunities where players have been trained who have gone to Europe and even being from the minor categories.
Ejemplos: Jhon Chancellor jugador del Brescia de Italia, Darwin Machis jugador del Granada de España, son jugadores que llegaron a Mineros antes de cumplir los 18 y se prepararon antes de dar el salto a clubes del exterior, estos son solo algunos de los jugadores, ya que hay otros que se formaron desde niños o que cumplieron la etapa de formación en la sub-18 para dar el salto, en la ciudad hay varias academias como AIFI que se dedica a formas jóvenes futbolistas y tiene un club profesional en divisiones inferiores, además de Chico de Guayana y Lala FC que también tienen clubes y forman jugadores. En algunos casos han llegado a pasar futbolistas extranjeros como una breve etapa por donde paso el Colombiano Falcao por Mineros de Guayana y es posible nombrar algunos otros.

Mi opinión y conclusión. / My opinion and conclusion.
Para no extenderme quiero decir que estas serian mis opciones en el caso de seleccionar una escuela de futbol para llevar a un chico con talento a culminar su formación como futbolista y de esta manera dar el salto a las categorías mayores del futbol profesional Venezolano o que sea visto para ir directamente a probar suerte en otro club del extranjero. Realmente mis palabras son haciendo referencia a mi realidad y a academias o clubes reales de mi ciudad. Son muchas las historias que se podrían contar, pero volviendo al tema quiero decir que en mi ciudad también hay oportunidades para que un joven tenga la formación para ser futbolista.
I would like to say that these would be my options in the case of selecting a football school to take a talented boy to complete his training as a footballer and in this way make the leap to the senior categories of Venezuelan professional football or be seen to go directly to try his luck in another club abroad. My words are really referring to my reality and to real academies or clubs in my city. There are many stories that could be told, but returning to the subject I want to say that in my city there are also opportunities for a young person to have the training to be a footballer.
Es decir yo como padre o representante de un chico aplicaría todo lo dicho en un principio y buscaría que formase parte de algunas de las academias de mi ciudad para que pueda crecer como futbolista y dar el salto a otras partes del mundo, además de esto alcanzar llegar en un club como Mineros de Guayana le daría la posibilidad de vestir la camiseta de la selección nacional, si bien sabemos que no es una tarea fácil, pero cada detalle cuenta para alcanzar los sueños, ahora si viviese en algún país Europeo sería fantástico que nuestra joven promesa, llegase a ser parte de las categorías inferiores un club élite de Europa.
That is to say that as a parent or representative of a boy I would apply everything that was said at the beginning and I would look for him to form part of some of the academies in my city so that he can grow as a footballer and make the leap to other parts of the world, in addition to this, reaching a club like Mineros de Guayana would give him the possibility of wearing the shirt of the national team, Although we know that it is not an easy task, but every detail counts to achieve the dreams, now if he lived in a European country it would be fantastic that our young promise, would become part of the lower categories of an elite club in Europe.
