Referee's charge
So whatever mistake those referees do, they would Charge it from their money at the end of the seasons. This is amazing! It would make those referee think well before they decide on what to take but this doesn't still stop some referee from making wrong decision so far the money they bribe them is more than their end of the Year bonus
I still learnt that the money they give them at the end of the Year depend on their rank and if the mistake they make is more than the money, that they would be given at the end of the month, they still deduct it from their wages
I also discover why some referee don't like watching re-show on what they don't know what to decide on the pitch side monitor after video Assistant referee VAR call them to attention; it is because they still deduct that from their money at the end of the season so that is why some referee don't care about whatever VAR say, so far they have the final say, it is the final. But this one kind of attitude won't always please teams, this is where FIFA should make amendment because any team it would always have effect on teams
I did more research and still discover that there are those they call PGMON, this PGMON and VAR are those that judge those referees before fifa decide. PGMON exist before VAR so to avoid more mistake those referee do make is why they bring up VAR
There are some referees that I don't want them to recieve any bonus at the end of the month; the referee that gave David Luis red card when Wolverhampton wanderers versus Arsenal and the referee that gave Remo Freuler red card when Atalanta versus Real Madrid on Wednesday. These referee decide on their own because they don't want FIFA to deduct from their money and they spoil match for those teams
