Here comes another educative contest from our noble community worldoffootball hosted by @njaywan. It has always be my dream that a time will come where the World Cup is hosted in my country right under my nose. I am a Ghanaian and I’ve always lived in Ghana since birth. I have being imagining how advantageous it will become on behalf of my country when the World Cup is hosted here. FIFA World Cup is the full name however World Cup in short. Here I will be sharing with you my dreams and thoughts I’ve always had.

The FIFA World Cup is an international football competition contest played by the senior players of the national team world wide. This contest; the World Cup, is however hosted in every four years simultaneously. Why I want the coming World Cup to be hosted in Ghana is as follows.

• The team spirit grows and bigger and stronger. This will help gain tremendous advantage on winning the contest. Literally whenever players are being motivated by the mass cheering from fans, they play to their prime. In the year 2010 when the World Cup was held in an African country,Ghana was able to reach the quarterfinals where we got knocked out. Based on this fact I will say Ghana will do better when the World Cup is hosted in here.

• World Cup brings about togetherness. The World Cup is surely a game full of fun. Lots of people from other countries will visit Ghana to watch the tournament being played. With this it will promote our relationship with other countries.

• It will promote the country. Hosting the World Cup in Ghana will promote the country such that the government of the country provides well furnished stadiums which could be used to host a tournaments like the World Cup. It will also cause the government to provide more and more of social amenities and recreational fields.

Ghana is developing country alright but it’s got number of stadiums which could be used for lesser events and tournaments unlike the World Cup. Some stadiums in Ghana are mentioned below.

• Accra Sports Stadium
• The Koforidua sports stadium
• The Tamale Sports Stadium

Above are some of the good stadiums in Ghana here which can be use host tournaments. When this World Cup is hosted in Ghana since a lot of people visit the country for the tournament sake , there is going to be a lot of buying and selling which will generate more revenues to the government. Also social amenities are patronized causing rise in the governments revenue.

I will wrap up by saying Ghana is a country that qualifies for hosting in World Cup , because I see so many great capabilities within the country and it deserves the honor which came by this great event .As we all can see,It’s now clear that the World Cup should be hosted in Ghana.
