Real Madrid Are Beginning To Dominate Against Barcelona In El Clasico Games (10% to @worldoffootball)

The game of the weekend for Laliga Santander happened yesterday at the Camp Nou. Barca’s home and I can’t say I expected any different. But I will say am still surprised the match didn’t record as many goal as I expected it to happen. Going into this game, the home side were without their star man Lionel Messi for the first time in an el Classico game. Real Madrid on the other hand were without the star man Segio Ramos and it’s surprising or crazy to actually think that both of these players are now in one team😂.

As expected both teams named their best line up for the match with the front three for Barcelona being Mephis Depay on the left wing, Sergino Dest on the right and their young prodigy Ansu Fati coming on from the middle.For Real Madrid the front three where Vinicius Junior On the left wing, Rodrigo on the right wing and their current star man and in form striker Karim Benzema.

The match started with both teams playing a little bit cautious cause they didn’t want to concede early like the last time they faced each other at the camp Nou. The first chance of the day was presented to Barcelona when Sergino Dest was left one on one with Courtois but could only direct his shot over the bar. A chance which sincerely he should have scored. After that Dest’s chance Barcelona kept on pressuring to get the opener and as such on the 30th minute they attacked Real Madrid one more time with Alaba giving the ball to Memphis on the edge of the box which he mis controlled and gave Alaba a chance to steal the ball to set up a counter which Real Madrid executed perfectly.

Alaba passed the ball to Vinicius who was able to dribble past Mingueza and then looked up and played a sweet cross to Rodrigo who then released a pass onto the feet of Alaba and from there on the goal was a beauty. Alaba looked up once and smashed the ball with his left foot into the right corner of the net to make it 1 nil to Real Madrid. A goal I was expecting to be scored earlier. Both teams attacked as Real Madrid wanted to add a second and Barcelona wanted to equalise.

In the second hand Real Madrid relaxed and allowed Barcelona to attack some more but they couldn’t equalise. Ansu Fati was then taken off and replaced by Sergio Aguero. Both teams tried to equalise as Barcelona looked to threaten Real Madrid goal. On the 90th minute Barcelona attacked and as a result lost the ball and Real Madrid took the counter attack and through Asensios Persistence was able to get a goal through a rebound which Lucas Vazquez took cleanly.

After their second goal Real Madrid relaxed cause they taught that was the end of the match and as such Barcelona was able to get a consolation goal through Sergio Aguero. The match ended in Real Madrid favour. Real Madrid are begin to dominate el Classico and as such if Barca is not careful might not be too good for them.
