Hello Everyone

I’m glad to write this article to be fully and officially part of @worldoffootball community. I understand this community have its rules and as a member our responsibilities is to know these rules and abide by it. I suppose this is what this validation post is aim at. I have read through and I have fully I understand all the rules. To prove I have understand it let me lay out some of the rules to my best ability.

let’s get started...

So I love football and I support Chelsea FC. I intend to post about football in general such as take part of the contest in this community, score prediction, highlight preview of matches etc.

content etiquette is the basic rules governing posts in the communities. Content etiquette guides us with the do’s and dont’s on making a post. It teaches us to avoid plagiarism, paraphrasing other people’s work etc

As plagiarism is mentioned earlier it is presenting of someone else post or idea as your personal work without any legal consent of the original author or without citing the source. This is an abuse and illegal which is not accepted in this community of even outside the community.

Copyright abuse is the use of someone work which is protected by copyright laws for whatever reason without without having a permit. If you have to use someone work it should be copyright free and must cite the source.

I always get my copyright free images on google. Below I will show you how:

  • make a search on the images you have on google. Let’s say Ronaldo

  • scroll to the left and find usage right
    CDA5EC72-686F-44E8-8B24-D2E34B4F5C36.jpeg

  • now click on Creative Commons license
    E772E698-AE6E-4542-82DC-BB0C73605A77.jpeg

  • now there you have your copyright free images. To be sure it’s copyright free make sure licensable is written below the picture.

This is how I get my copyright free image

Talking about how I probably cite my copy tree images

[Search engine](insert the link to the image here)
[License details](link to the License)

  • [Search engine] Here you input your preferred search engine
  • (insert the link to the image here) after getting the image you want, then copy the image link
  • [License details] This contains some numbers and letters like a code. Don’t worry I will demonstrate how you can get it.
(link to the License) after getting the license details, go to the web address and copy it here.

Now how to get the license details

  • click on license details below the image
    CFBD9938-3E5E-45F4-9F5E-9E0A471055A1.jpeg

  • here you are with it
    C85619B5-3915-4BA8-8B1F-D2E0E1680354.jpeg

Here is an example below on how to properly cite your copyright free image

GoogleCC BY 3.0

When you are caught with plagiarism you either get a warning maybe for the first time, get muted or even get blocked if you continue doing it.
