Chelsea really had a tough season last year. There were many talks in the football world that questioned such expensive signings but I think they are starting to deliver in their recent games.
Mendy is a great goalkeeper who has kept the most clean sheets in the premier league upon arrival. The rest of their signings such as Thiago, Ziyech, Werner and Haverts have all been doing pretty well which explains why they mostly start tough matches.

Yes, those other players have been in as great form as well. I just hope they get to their best soon, Kai and Werner in particular.
