but dreaming is not enough, behind there is always a work that lead to a positive result.

I particularly enjoyed this line. Like you said, people work hard enough to join the ranks of their national teams, but once they make the cut they only start to dream instead of putting the work behind it.

I think we can also look at the problem from a managerial standpoint. Sure, Paseiro is doing the best he can but he could look out for youngsters to fill the full backs of the team to engineer solid attacking football.
