Our worn out players have returned from the international break and the major league matches will be resuming this weekend. France League 1 already played and saw Paris Saint German (PSG) face off against Nimes Olympique today. PSG took away the three points after winning 4 goals to nil following the red card shown to Nimes' Landre at the 12th minute of the game. Although their "starboy" Neymar was not on the squad after his hamstring injury in Brazil's match against Nigeria, the rest of the squad managed thrive indeed. Such teams are what the the recent game of football calls for.

Among the handful of injuries players sustained in the course of their international duties, a couple of the big clubs had their fair share. Notable among them is Kevin De Bryne's injury. The Belgian suffered a groin injury which was noticed at the second half of Belgium's match against England at Wembley. This might be a real setback for Manchester City as De Bryne is the playmaker and the backbone of City's forward play.

So far, I think Man City has been very unlucky right from the beginning of this Premier League season. They have been playing without a striker forcing Pep Guardiola to try out some very risky tactics which might have led to their 5-2 loss against Leicester City. However, new developments indicate that Aguero is now in good shape and has been having a good training with the rest of the team. As to whether or not he will be playing in their match against Arsenal, it's still not entirely clear.

Should Sergio Aguero be out of that match as well, there could be serious problems for Man City. They would be at a great disadvantage as they would not have a striker as well as the playmaker. The problem I have always found with Man City is the lack of strong finishing and good defense. The build up play is world class as no other team plays the tika-taka better. But how come Leicester won 5-2 when Man City had a 71% possession of the ball? Now that some of City's best great players such as Joao Concalo and Ikay Gundogan are back from injury, I think Pep would have to come up with a great strategy to stand of beating Arsenal.

On the other hand, Mikel Arteta's side is now stronger than ever. The obvious reason is the recent addition of Thomas Partey after his dramatic exit from Diego Simeone's Atletico madrid at a fee of 45 million euros. The newly signed gunner already feels positive and is looking forward to Arsenal's match against Manchester City. Thomas Partey's addition is expected to balance out their defensive and attack plays as he did at his former club.

Arsenal has already been in a good form this season winning 3 of their four premier league matches so far. It was only Liverpool they failed to beat after they pulled off a comeback within 10 minutes of Arsenal's first goal. Now that Ceballos would have Partey and Saka with him to hold down the midfield, counter attacks would click easily increasing their chances of winning against City. The genius of Willian would be needed in this game as well as it would require some pace in dribbling in order to beat City's defense. Arsenal's issue might lie in their defense as they might not be able to completely stop City's penetrative style of play.

PSG will play Against Man Utd on 20th. But most of the player are in injury. Neymar misses 4 out of 7 matches of this season!!!
Who will be the winner??? What do you think???

I think Man United have their hands full here. Sure, Neyrmar is hurt but the like of Icardi, Mbappe and Di Maria are still available. It's going to be up to the creative decisions of Ole Gunner for them to win.

Don't get me wrong Man United has a great squad. But they have been having some issues witb their squad lately. A great debut for their new striker who was also a former PSG player will be fantastic for them since they really need a great finisher.

I think Edison Cavani should start whiles Pogba and Harry Maguire are benched. What about you?

@njaywan
I personally want Cavani should start. He has great experience and goal-scoring ability. Maguire should leave out of the first eleven because of his recent form. I am not sure about Pogba. Let's seee Ole gunner allow him or not!!! Neymar didn play today so that he can play next match refreshly. It will be an exciting match. Tuchel won 1 and ole won 1 against each other. Let's see who enrich stats. I think PSG's winning chance is 70%. What do you think???
