How can female football dominate in the football world?
Football has always been seen as a male sport. But, times have changed and women have shown that they can play good football.
There are many sports that girls play from an early age (at least in Latin America). In Venezuela, girls play baseball and football in the streets, on improvised fields, and in elementary school.
The abilities shown by girls on coed teams are impressive. I, for example, played baseball and football at the age of 12 and was a good player.
In baseball, I played on the cadre (first, second, third base or shortstop). I never played pitcher, catcher, or fielder (I couldn't catch fly).
In futsal, I played on defense or midfield.
Anecdote. During a football game the ball was in the air towards me. I wanted to score a header because I was close to the goal. When I hit the ball I felt like I was fainting (I had no technique for this). I didn't score the goal because the goalkeeper deflected the ball, and I had a headache, hahahaha.

Women can also achieve high performance in football but you have to start by having football schools that promote the sport at the female level.
Women have physical limitations in their teens because of their breast growth, menstruation and motherhood. But it has been proven that this is not an impossible obstacle. With technique and tactics these details have been overcome.
The most terrible obstacle is sexism because it is a social and psychological limitation.
Do you have a favourite female football team or player?
The national team has had international achievements since 1991. It is registered in the Venezuelan Football Federation; it is also a full member of the International Football Federation (since 1952) and the South American Football Confederation (since 1953).
The average age of the players is 26 years old. The FIFA ranking is 58º. All the girls play for foreign teams in Colombia, Spain, Germany, Ecuador, Uruguay, Chile and Brazil mainly because there is no respectable tournament here in Venezuela.
Without a doubt, the most notable player is Deyna Castellanos.It's also important to mention Andrea Tovar, María Peraza, Oriana Altuve, Ysaura Viso, and Yusmery Ascanio who are excellent players.
At an international level they have had some important achievements especially in the Sub 17 and Sub 20, for example:

What are the major problems facing the team?
In Venezuela there is a National High Performance Center on Margarita Island - Nueva Esparta State. It was inaugurated in 2013 and is a place for the concentration, evaluation and preparation of the team. But, the truth is this is more false propaganda than reality!
Here in my country, the reality is that the girls have no possibilities of professionalization, possibly because of the limited professional football culture at the female level in Venezuela.
At the international level, I think that FIFA can do a lot but does not do enough.
To improve women's footbal in Venezuela, we have to start by respecting and supporting these girls who have chosen the King's Sport as their profession. Good salaries are basic but we have to go further in terms of investment in infrastructure. Marketing is also very important and brands can do a lot about it!

This an awesome entry @marcybetancourt. The Venezuelan team is making headways towards something great with such achievements.
Women's football is now developing and growing on a worldwide scale. Deyna Castellanos is an elite footballer. It surprised me to know that she never played for a specific league before she got nominated for the female best player at just 18 years old. She's surely destined for greatness as she's currently doing at Atlético Madrid.
The lack of training schools and environments seems to be a universal problem. A few good teams have academies for this purpose but if local teams could also inculcate this practice, it will send women's football way higher.

Ok! Pienso que las mujeres debemos opinar en este este tema. Desde hace algún tiempo muchas chicas en Venezuela practican fútbol. Es un deporte muy lindo y podemos apoyar a la profesionalización de las mujeres en este deporte.

Si, así mismo es! Aunque hayan personas que lleven la contraria las chicas y mujeres también tienen que tener oportunidad porque después no habría igualdad y se crearían muchos conflictos! Por eso yo apoyo que las mujeres tenemos derecho a todo lo que nos propongamos!
