Euros 2020: What you should know
The long awaited Euros is finally here. The competition which should have been played last year had to be postponed to this year after the world was hit by the corona virus pandemic.
The competition is set to begin today, June 11 and run through to July 11. The competition will run through 11 countries in the continent with semi-finals and final fixtures played in Wembley, London.

Matches will be played across 12 cities in Europe in renowned stadia like Wembley, which will host all of England's fixtures, Stadio Olimpico in Rome, Fußball Arena Munchen in Munich, Estadio La Cartuja in Seville, Johan Cruijff ArenA, Amsterdam among others. Fans will be allowed in the stadium with all Covid protocols duly observed.

In the opening fixture today, Turkey will take on Italy in Rome, 7:00pm GMT. It promises to be exciting and should be a good opener for the competition.
