Which would you prefer if you had to pick one

The one i prefer the most is Football Manager.

Football Manager can also be called head coach, he is responsible for running a football team, club or national football team. As we all know the duties of manager in an organization or establishment their various roles to improve an establishment that is also thesame, when it comes to the world of soccer or football.

Tell us about the chosen role and your reason for such preference.

• Football Manager is responsible for choosing the players for matches and their formation, as the head coach he select the players for any given match within the club or team.

• Football Manager give the players instructions, directing them on what to do given them strategy on how to score goal, how to win a match on the pitch, when match is been played for example premier league those men in suit given players instructions on how to attach, defend pass a football or even soccer on the side of the pitch they are football Manager.

• Football Manager motivate players during the time of match, and even before the match, you will see them moving up and down ,sure their team or club win during match.

• Football Manager buy and sell players, it is the duty of the football Manager to buy players or sell players for the club or team It is the role of the football Manager to market his club.

• Another role of football Manager is that they always informed the public about what is happening in their club or team. the media do interview football Manager before pre and post matches.

• It is also the role of the football Manager to get young talented players in to the team or club he will be the one to train and guard the young players through out the player football career.

My reasons for choosing football Manager

• When a football team or club is doing well winning trophies and other award people always praise the manager even more than the players.

• When a football team is not growing or winning any matches all the problem complain will still go back to the manager football Manager is very important in a football team. For instance when Sir Alex Ferguson was the manager of Manchester United the club was winning a lot of trophies and was rated the best in the English premier league because of his great management skills. so with good football Manager a football team of club can grow beyond expectations, that is the reason why i choose football manager.

• Also good football Manager can promote a football club or even make it better for instance Liverpool football Manager Jurgen Klopp since he became the manager of Liverpool the club had won a lot of trophies, award, is now considered as one of the best in the English premier league. football Manager are very precious in a football club or team that is the reason why i prefer it to other.

What are your goals for your first year of the job?

• If i were a football Manager i will buy young talented players in to the football team or club and make sure i train them to super star level. all my players in the team will be very good and skillful just like Liverpool's players.

• I will manage very well to become great and famous like Sir Alex Ferguson or Jurgen Klopp. I will make sure I restructure my team change any old or weak players infact any of my players that is not performing by scoring goal i will change such a player.

• I will always Use by best players in any given match just like Messi always played most of their club matches. because he is good. Any of my players that is very good will always play any given match.

Is there any particular person you look up to?

Yes I am a Liverpool Fan's so everything about the club is unique especially their manager. I look up to Jurgen Klopp because he has a great management skills. Jurgen Klopp has won premier league, UEFA super cup, and even FIFA club world cup 2019 so he is a great football Manager, since 2015 when he became Liverpool Manager the club is now seen as one of the best in England that is the reason why i look up to him.
