Memory about a Football competition in my school.

I could remembered last month we had Faculty of Allied Medical Science Football competition organized by the Dean of faculty professor Asouquo Edet an a price was set for any department that will win the Dean cup.

The faculty comprises of four different department the department of Radiography played with the department of medical laboratory science, the soccer game held on Thursday evening by 4:30pm the football match was so tough, pressure from both teams,

My department Radiography won the match with 2-1 the amazing thing about the soccer game was that both teams Players were good both the opposition team goal keeper and defenders were not too strong that is why my team succeed in winning the match.

They had good attacker that played very well he displayed great skilled also he made good passes but they could not win because my department team had good defender, goal keeper and attacker that played like Harry Cane of Tottenham club of England

My department goal keeper so good at goal keeping like keeper Alisson Becker of Liverpool club of England My department knocked out the opposition department out of the game.

The final match was then played between physiotherapy department and Radiography department it was played on Friday the next day all the various head of department were present including the Dean of faculty, it was a very big competition

Both teams want to win a lot of pressure from both sides Fan's were hailing their teams Players the attacker in Radiography department James Obi scored the first goal he was the team captain number ten he is so good and skillful just like Lionel Messi of Barcelona

I could remember when James Obi wanted to score the second goal closed to the goal post the defender of the other team played him rough that was Mike Akpan the defender name and the referee gave him red card, he was out of the game and the referee gave penalty because it was fouled played so Simon Emeka a very good midfielder played the penalty an scored, the soccer game got more tougher, by playing 11-10 players five minutes later physiotherapy scored their first and only goal

It was a corner that Stephen David used to scored the goal, he played it so well like Cristiano Ronaldo of Juventus club. Stephen David played as a stricker the match was so captivated, that everybody was so happy

finally James Obi scored the amazing goal. in which he dribble three players before he kicked the ball in to the net the keeper could not hold on to the ball because the shot was too much. finally the football match ended 3-1 Radiography department scored 3 goals and physiotherapy 1 goal the Dean of faculty gave the cup to the head of department of Radiography and the players and everyone celebrated their victory.

Also the prize of best player was given to James Obi. the unique thing about the football game competition i will not forget is that it brings unity among the various departments of faculty of Allied Medical Science.

It enable we as student to meet and make new friends we also recreate our selves above all they said all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. The faculty football game competition is an annual event so it a special event i can not forget in a hurry. especially now that my department won this year 2021 faculty cup so it's a fantastic memory.

Memory about a football competition i watched in the stadium

I went to the stadium last two weeks sunday evening by 4:00pm to watch a football match, the crowd was not much due to the issue of Corona virus. The soccer game was played between Ughelli United and Isoko pillars.

The match was organized and sponsor by the local government chairman, and a prize of five hundred thousand naira (#500,000) for the winning team.

Both teams played very well but in a competition game there most be a winner. After the 45 minutes first half it was zero zero(0-0) both teams could not scored.

The head coaches of both teams addresses and motivated their players after that the referee then called the players in to the pitch and the second half started, after about 30minutes played one of the midfielder then scored an amazing goal.

The other team try to score but luck was not on their side the football match ended 1-0 Ughelli United won Isoko pillar with one zero (1-0) the five hundred thousand naira (#500,000) award was then given to the winner the head coach collected the money.

We were so happy because of the victory. The fantastic thing about the football match was that Isoko pillar used to win by local team before, but that day my local football team won the match.

Both town are close and friendly especially with the help of football game that bring more unity among the two communities youths. It is a fantastic memory i can not forget because my local football team is also nominated for the Delta State championship competition coming in next month it will be holding in the state capital my local team qualify because of the victory they got by winning Isoko pillar.
