Albert Einstein once said becoming great is a choice and that every one is destinyed to be great in life no matter the circumstances.

Becoming a great footballer needs some sacrifice that would be made and one must determined his/her goals. many footballer all around the world no doubt knows how to play but their fail to Become great in the football career, due to poor career plan and miss use of opportunities.

Becoming a great footballer is not all about dribbling, scoring goals and how many appearance you make in your club team or your national team.
To become great in life not only becoming great in football you must draft out your plans because nothing works better without knowing your goals. you must have a career plan and work according to your career plan.

Being great in Footballer is not all about scoring goals, many footballer plays as a forward only because they want to score goals. know your position which you best in regardless of the position you would be great.
Even if you a goalkeeper or a defender if the position fits you the most and you work hard on it you will be great.

helpin your teammates to improve, helping then to improve at their weak point even at crisis level, working as key player in your team, always showing up when you are needed and scoring important goals.
Been committed also attracts the attention of other clubs of higher ranks.

To win trophies you don't need to work as an individual rather you need to work with your teammates as a team, having a game plan before a game start and discussing such plans with your teammates and knowing how to go for it.
