THE CLASH OF CHELSEA AGAINST REAL MADRID IN THE SEMIFINALS
Good evening and welcome to my match review of the second champions leg semi finals the clash between Chelsea and Real Madrid at the Stanford bridge
This was a great a match with Chelsea which begin their evening match with an away goal which was gain by Christian Pulisic in the last week match which ended in a draw with Real Madrid 1 :1 . Some say Real Madrid were not in a good or their best form but they tried to play draw but today’s match I guess the where ready for the match because their form have been up and down of the late matches they played
Zidana made a huge change by starting with Ramos after he coming back from his calf problems which made him not take part of the team for a month . He also started hazard which hazard was to play against his former club. Today’s match will be Chelsea facing Real Madrid for the fifth time in European championship in the football history .
After half time Chelsea were 45 minutes away from reaching the Champions League final courtesy after Timo Werner got his goal for Chelsea .
However, after Werner close-range header after Kai Havertz header hit the bar has strengthened Chelsea position. Edouard Mendy deny Karim Benzema twice at the other end of him trying to score . But the Much ended 2-0 after Mason Mount score on the 85th minutes which gave Chelsea 100% hope of playing the finals
At long last Chelsea defeated Real Madrid 2-0 this evening to progress to the Champions League final for the third time in club history, securing a 3-1 aggregate victory. Timo Werner and Mason Mount goals were enough to send the Blues through to the final, where they will try to win the competition for the second time and for the first time since 2012. Los Blancos were underwhelming and struggled to put the home team under enough pressure.
Now we are hoping to see between Manchester city and Chelsea who brings the the championship home . @njaywan hope you will watch this March which will be played on the 29 May .
