Europa League Cup Knockout Review(Barcelona Vs Napoli)

The champions can no longer be counted as Champions as their standards have dropped so much that they are excited playing in the losers league(Europa league). It comes as no surprise as they will be excited if they could get their hands on a trophy and it wouldn't matter if it is the Europa League trophy. A trophy that is looked down upon by so many top clubs.

I can't entirely say that they are excited to be playing in the Europa League as they are trying their best to stay in the top four of the Liga table and quality for the champions league next season.

Today is a tough test for them as they will have to show the world that they intend to get back to the best and stay there. A match versus Napoli seems to be the perfect idea for a comeback if they intend to make a statement. But Napoli on the other hand will be looking for revenge after suffering a defeat to the Catalan club the last time they faced them at the camp nou.

Napoli suffered a 3-1 defeat to Barcelona at the camp nou after putting off a God performance but they were not able to get what they intended to after getting a good result in the first leg. Barcelona after defeating Atletico Madrid swore that it was the beginning of great things but things look to be back to normal after they drew with Espanyol, a match we all thought they will win easily after scoring the first goal in less than 3 minutes.

Napoli's form is something to write home about at they are currently 3rd on seria A and are just 2 points off the leader Ac Milan. They are in form and everything points to a Napoli win.
