Today we had a very good game, Crystal Palace vs Liverpool it was set to start at 0630 local time and I wanted to see it so much that I was up at 5:00 a.m. just waiting for it to start. As luck would have it, it was not televised and I missed out on a 0-7 thrashing by Liverpool. Seems that Firmino had his day today and they were able to come out with such a huge score. As far as I have read Crystal Palace did offer resistance and in fact could have been ahead in the first twenty minutes but after that Liverpool were just clinical seven shots on goal, seven goals. I guess that means we will be at the head of the Premier League at the end of the year, which actually means nothing but leaves us with a good feeling.

The other matches were Southampton 0-1 Manchester City, Everton 2-1 Arsenal and Newcastle United 1-1 Fulham. The only one that was televised was the Everton-Arsenal game, I really don't know what is up with Arsenal but watching them it seems they have no idea of what they are playing for. Arteta better come up with some ideas or they could even be looking at relegation.
