Chelsea took the lead twice through Thiago Silva and Mason Mount, but the Hammers from nowhere came into the picture to win with a late goal from Arthur Masuaku.

The Blues battled for a winner, helped by Romelu Lukaku's introduction from the bench at half-time, but fell to their second top-flight defeat of the season as Masuaku's cross caught Mendy out at his near post with three minutes remaining in normal time.
After a cautious start to the game, the last man for West Ham “Lukas Fabianski” got fingertips to the Chelsea defender's downward header from Mount's corner in the 28th minute, but was not strong enough to keep the ball out when he should have done better.
Just two minutes later, the Brazilian made a goal saving block off the line, moving into the right position to stop Vladimir Coufal's fizzing low shot from finding the bottom corner with Mendy beaten. Jorginho's clumsy back-pass put Mendy in trouble, and the goalkeeper was caught in possession by Bowen, who brought the Hammers forward and conceded a penalty, which Lanzini lashed viciously into the top-left corner.
Mount then put Chelsea back in front shortly before the break with a magnificent volley from a floating Hakim Ziyech ball that arrowed into the bottom-right corner.
The left winger for West Ham ‘Bowen’ cut onto his left foot on the edge of the box and rifled a shot into the bottom-left corner with Mendy confuse to bring the Hammers back level 11 minutes into the second half.
Bowen missed a wonderful chance in the 75th minute, but West Ham stole all three points when Masuaku scored his first Premier League goal with a left-wing cross that snuck inside the near post past Mendy's despairing dive.
What does it mean? Chelsea could relinquish top spot
If Thomas Tuchel's side loses on Saturday, they might drop to third position, with Manchester City and Liverpool having chances to catch up when they visit Watford and Wolves, respectively.
West Ham maintains their place in the top four, moving four points clear of Arsenal in fifth place.
Hammers claim another big scalp.
West Ham have now won three Premier League games in a calendar year, their most in a calendar year since 1983, against opponents that started the day in one of the top three positions in the league.
Last month, David Moyes' courageous side defeated Liverpool by the same scoreline, and they appear capable of going the distance in the Champions League qualifying race.
Blues' stern defence is breached
Chelsea have now conceded more than once in a game in all competitions for the third time in 53 games under Tuchel, having done so against West Bromwich Albion and Aston Villa previously.

Next Wednesday, Chelsea travels to Zenit St. Petersburg in the Champions League, while West Ham hosts Dinamo Zagreb in the Europa League the following day.
