What I will personally to improve the women football to reach a greater height are numerous especially the aspect salary. Nobody plays football for fun again compared to those days. A situation whereby I deliver for my country and they owe me salary, I might play for them with my whole compared to my club level, weather i play or not, my salary arrive on time. The issue of creating Academy for the ladies to train at a tender age. Football is best enjoyed when you are still young and vibrant not at old age.

Ladies have mood swing than guys, so I wil give them attention and try to find out what is bothering them even before training because you play a match with your legs when your mind is roaming around.
