Lemon grass as been so helpful to people that usually used it, I used lemon grass frequently especially when I feel cold inside me or having cough and catarrh. In preparing lemon grass, first thing you need to do is plug out the leaf, washes it in a clean water, put it in a pot add a little water, some people add Lipton tea, but if you wish to. Boiled it for 5min then the color will be changed, drink it while it hot so it cool clear faster.

Very correct, in some areas its called "fever grass" and its combined with other herbs to treat a lot of alignments
If friend this plant is very beneficial, it is good to have it in our patio or a pot but do not have much space, the one in the photo is small but gets very crowded.
