3 Soft Skills (Communication, Time Management & Conflict Management) and examples

Today, I am gere to participate in a very beautiful contest organized by dear @ridwant brother. I liked the theme very much so let's start the discussion without any wastage of time.
3 Soft Skills
The soft skills are actually those skills that are present in the personality of an individual and these skills help those individuals to deal with the happenings and events of the real world and help them a lot to manage all the things in parallel. The soft skills are not apparently shown by our work but they can be guessed by our behaviour and communication with others.
Today, I will be discussing the three main soft skills which are required by the contest and one by one I will give my own ideas about those three soft skills and also the illustration along with the real examples and their importance on the Steemit platform.
One of the most important skill that place a very important role in the growth and personality of a man is the communication skill. Communication skill mean the skill of talking with others and making them understood of the things that we are discussing with them. Sometimes we are not able to convey the right thing that we wanted to be.
I have also seen this thing on the platform that many users do not pay attention towards this skill and that is why most of the content which day published on the platform is not understood by the readers. In the real life, communication is that main thing to guess the personality of a man. It is we said that, the words of a man can help us to determine his nature.
If I would talk about myself, then I think I have good communication skill as most of the times I made the other people understood of the concepts and facts that I wants to convey them. Confidence is another thing which is very much important during our conversation with other people and if we have good confidence on what we are saying then this can help us a lot.
According to me, the time management is the most important thing that we have to do if we are going to make some important decision or do some important tasks to achieve our goals. We have to manage different things at the same time so it is very much important to give proper time and attention towards each and everything and hence time management helps us a lot in this regard.
There are many people who have to do so many tasks in the whole day but they are not able to complete each of them because of not proper time management. The wastage of time is another thing but the time management is totally different it means that we have time but we are not able to utilise it in the most appropriate and effective way.
If I would talk about myself then I think that I am good in this skill as well because I manage different things at the same time very well. Preferences of the things is very much important in this regard. For example, if I have to do two things at the same time like make a post and do my duty in curation then I will have to manage the time properly and I will prefer the thing which is more important.
It is also another important soft skill which is very much important to convey our message in the right way and make the listeners satisfied over what they are listening. Sometimes, during our communication, we find it difficult that the next people is not properly getting the things that we are conveying and this thing could be a reason of the conflicts between both of us.
So, the conflict management is very much important. If we believe that we are right from every corner, the we have to stay consistent over our point of view and collect the enough evidences and facts to prove ourselves right at the time and prove the other wrong, but not in the conflicted manner, we have to convince him that he is wrong and we are right in a good way.
But on the other, if we realize that we are wrong and we don't have enough evidences that can favour our side then we should accept our mistake and apologize for that instead of creating more complex circumstances by wasting the time with wrong evidences and complexities. So, conflict management can help us to manage the things well.
