Hello Dear Friends! How are you ? I hope all of my friends will ne fine and all will be enjoying your life on steem by the grace of God. Today am h re to participate in steem engagement challenge that is organised by steem Indonesia community. And in this post i am going to discuss about steem representative.
Do you want to become one of the Steem Representatives? Why and what were your efforts to be elected?
Yes why not guys. Of course, I would like to be a representative of Steemit; These are opportunities that allow us to grow and offer the best on this platform, where I have felt very good and I am sure that I would give the best, as I have been doing until now.
Working to increase my sp, posting constantly, supporting all the rules or regulations that have been assigned, to give value to the steem. I have also made myself known, through my participation in challenges, commenting and voting on other users' posts, which allows us to have good communication.
Mention some of the functions of a Steem Rep that you know and what is the great influence on the growth of steemians and the platform?
A Steem representative is the figure who is responsible for promoting the platform. To keep the rest of the user informed regarding changes or rules that must be followed, always be attentive to provide guidance at any time so that everything works well.
He is also responsible for motivating the growth and strengthening of steem power, being a living example for everyone with the construction of a strong sp.
How do the duties and responsibilities of a Steem representative differ from those of a community administrator/mod on the Steemit platform?
I consider that a steem representative has more commitment, because this extends beyond a group that covers a community, which would be served by an administrator or moderator of a community. With this I do not mean that they have no responsibility, of course not, because each one has different and important functions for the platform to work well.
Now the administrator/moderator is in charge of verifying the publications and everything that this implies: status of the club, that the user complies with the rules of the publication, providing guidance regarding marketing, that they are not plagiarizing, among other things. In addition, giving the necessary guidance to users who publish in the community.
Give an example in which you believe that the functions of an SR really help the Steemit team for the growth of the platform and users, both nationally and globally.
As far as I have been able to visualize, the representatives of steem have been doing a good job promoting steem, but one that I have followed a lot is the steem activities. which my friend @suboohi shares with us.
In them we always have something interesting for everyone, with the variety of information provided here, for the growth of users and better development within the platform. Where we find out about the changes and progress that have been achieved in Steemit, from different areas.
If you are elected as SR, in addition to performing the main functions of the Steemit Team, what new things will you do to help the platform and users grow?
If chosen as a Steem representative, in addition to fulfilling the main functions of the Steemit team. I would like to create a channel or means of communication regarding user concerns. This would be, in addition to the weekly report presented by Steem representatives.
Making a publication that expresses these concerns and doubts, which can be heard and responded to as soon as possible. All this with the aim of making users feel more comfortable and making their stay here more pleasant.
