You said it makes you feel bad when you see that someone is throwing garbage randomly. It sometimes makes you feel, you want to go grab it and throw it on top of themselves. Yes I really don't like such people too throwing garbage everywhere and don't take care of cleanliness. That's the biggest problem in urban places because of too much population.
