When there are people around where I live who throw rubbish carelessly in my opinion it is a bad and despicable act because it can damage the environment.
They have unconsciously created a disaster and damaged the environment, because the effects of their actions make everyone else feel the consequences too.
Over time, rubbish that has piled up in open spaces will become a disaster for the environment and become a nest for disease. Maybe some people are not aware of this, they continue to do it without understanding or understanding the impact of their actions.
You can imagine if the rubbish gave off a strong smell and was infested with flies, then the flies spread to people's homes and landed on food and became a disease, and if it was thrown in the river, it could get clogged so that during the rainy season, the river water would overflow into the house. population and it is a disaster that we ourselves invite.
In fact, in my country there are already regulations regarding the prohibition of littering and issuing rules and punishments, but people continue to violate them because the forms of rules and punitive sanctions are not implemented and do not work effectively. So that people have no deterrent effect at all and repeat it again.

In the area where I live, there are actually lots of places where used goods such as plastic bottles, drink cans, aluminum and others are collected and recycled.
With this used goods storage area, it becomes a means for scavengers and used goods buyers to earn income from this waste.
The benefits we get from having a waste recycling place are that the environment we live in becomes clean and healthy, of course.
Even though not all waste can be decomposed, it can at least reduce the risks and impacts on health.

In my opinion, what we should do with household waste is:
separate organic and inorganic waste
Organic waste such as food and vegetable scraps must be separated and we can manage it into compost for plants because this type of waste decomposes easily.
Inorganic waste such as drink bottles, cardboard, cans and the like must be separated because it is difficult to decompose. Usually used goods entrepreneurs will recycle it into crafts from this waste.reduce the use of plastic bags when going shopping, try to bring your own shopping bags from home.
Maybe in some way this can at least reduce the amount of waste and make the environment healthier.

In my opinion yes and if it is on a large scale, it will likely affect the comfort of neighboring countries. However, it is very unlikely that this will happen because the territory of a country has a very wide boundary and is very far from residential areas, such as in Indonesia and our neighboring country which has a national boundary and is also next to the ocean, so it is unlikely that it will have an impact.
And if the country's borders are so close, it could create a lack of comfort for the neighboring country, which must be addressed quickly because it has an impact on pollution and water, so it must be addressed quickly so that it doesn't become a serious problem and have fatal consequences for the environment.

Sampah memang kotoran yang menyebabkan timbulnya penyakit dan membuat warga di lingkungan tersebut tidak nyaman. Tapi dengan langkah positif kita juga bisa memanfaatkan sampah-sampah tersebut untuk menghasilkan uang yaitu mendaur ulang. Dengan begitu lingkungan pun terlihat bersih dan nyaman. Salam sukses.

In my environment, spilled dirt are usually all over the place for about one month before it is packed away because they observe monthly sanitation and that is the only period they believe the environment should be cleaned. All these things causes health issues and not safe at all. Most times, people hardly sleep, nor breath well because of the smell that comes from there.
