"What is your motivation and pressure in Steemit?"
Hi there
Success is not final; Failure is not fatal; What counts is the courage to continue...
It is said that whatever we do in life should be done well, even when we don't benefit, but others would. I remember when I was teaching in a school, I took the job as my responsibility to take care of the kids entrusted to me. I come to school so early until the gate keys and a bonus are handed over to me.
I wasn't doing it because I wanted to be seen or get a bonus, but because I love doing anything, I did well. I love putting in my best effort to get results. In life, we sometimes motivate ourselves when incentives are not coming from what we do. Our motivation shouldn't be all about what we can gain; we should also be motivated by what others could gain from us, which is impact.
If you have to be honest! How many hours do you spend on the Steemit platform every day?, What is your average income for the last 7 days? and, Does the amount you get match your expectations? |
---|
For a total of 24 hours a day, I spend 15 hours on the Steemit platform. This is because Steemit is the major work I do currently. As an MOD in two communities, I have work to do in each community on a daily basis. This makes me spend all my day working on the platform, and most times I forget to feed my blog.
I am still planning on other side hustles; until then, I devote my time and energy to do my work on this platform diligently, and to get results, it doesn't matter how long it takes me to get it done, but I have to get it done after all.
My average weekly income varies. Some weeks might be higher or lower than others, but it depends on how many contents I was able to create within the week and how many upvotes I got from my contents.
The last 7 days I had 20 steem withdrawn, which was approximately #6,000 Previous weeks were higher than this, which is why I said my average income varies. Sometimes I get more than my expectations, while other times I get lower, but since it is not stable, I only push hard and allow the result to tell.
What post/content themes do you really mastered and do you enjoy? and if you think your content is very interesting, how will you feel if your work doesn't get upvotes? |

From the start, I enjoyed the diary game posts and creative writings until we had the engagement challenge posts with various topics that were so motivating. I enjoy love content because I'm a promoter of love, which is why my contests are centered on love.
Upvotes on Steemit aren't guaranteed, so no one should feel bad when he or she doesn't get one. I try my best to create original contents and make them of my best quality, expecting to get upvotes as an appreciation, but if it doesn't come as expected, I don't get disappointed; I keep pushing.
How do you motivate yourself to stay consistent on the Steemit platform for the long term. |
---|
I am easily motivated by the things I see happening around me. I move around the Steemit platform, and I see a lot of things that motivate me to keep pushing.
First, I love visiting good blogs to know what made that blog stand out. I try to find the type of content the user created that attracted big upvotes and so many comments.
Secondly, I noticed some users who work day on and off on this platform, and they also perform other roles outside of this platform. When you see their blogs, you wonder how they are able to do that. With these, I am so motivated to do more than they do.
What are the strong reasons for choosing club 5050 or Club100 status? |
---|
I am in Club 5050, and because I have some basic needs, I decided to help grow the platform with 50% of my earnings while I solve my problems with the remaining 50%.
Since Steemit is what I do currently, I expect to meet my basic needs with the earnings I get, which is why I chose Club 5050.
What valuable items have you bought or want to buy with your Steem earnings? |
---|
I will forever be so grateful to Steemit for helping me solve my needs. My Steemit earnings have bought me so many gifts and paid my bills.
Some time last year, I made a post here about a new cell phone I bought, but I was unable to pay the full amount, so they gave me the phone while I remitted a certain amount of money monthly. I have been able to do this with my Steemit earnings. The cell phone is a beautiful gift I got for myself with my Steemit earnings, and I'm so glad I was able to do this.

Thank you so much for the kind words, they are greatly appreciated....
¡Holaaa amiga!🤗

Saludos y bendiciones 🤗
Thank you so much ma.
Hi dear,
First of all kudos to you for your hard work on this platform. Do you schedule your time?
Yesterday it was 18 hours for me which is too much.
If there are expectations it's always hard if no one reads you or gives an upvote.
I noticed many believe this means their post isn't good enough but the opposite is true.
We are just with too many plus it's hard to be noticed. This platform isn't different from the real world.
I always do feel a bit bitter if is said: no matter if someone else takes the credit. It reminds me of school where teacher force the hard working student to work with a few who only fool around and let you do the hard work while they take the credit.
Same happens at work. There's nothing to give credit to those who deserve it. In this case it's you. You do all the hard work and help this platform grow.
👍🍀❤️
