Big desires and toughest challenges in 2024
Hello Steemit friends !
I want to say a big thank you to the Steemit Team for letting the Steem Indonesia Community host the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 15. I m excited about the themes we have got for the first week As we step into 2024 we all have big dreams for positive changes in our lives in school at work with family and more. But we know its not always easy. There are challenges and things that make reaching our goals a bit tough.
Share two things you really want to achieve or make bettar in 2024. Explain why these things are important to you.
My First Goal: I want to finish my IT degree.
Why: Learning about technology is important for my job and my future.My Second Goal: I want to make my Steem accounts stronger reaching 20K.
Why: I love being part of Steemit sharing my thoughts and maybe making some money. Growing my account is a step towards that.
Say what problems you might face in reaching your goal and how you plan to deal with them.
Challenges for Finishing IT Degree: Juggling school with other things keeping up with tech change and handling problems.
Plan: Managing my time well learning on my own and asking for help when I need it.Challenges for Reaching 20K in Steem Account: Figuring out the up and downs creating interesting stuff all the time and getting people to notice.
Plan: Trying different things talking to other on Steemit and going with the flow .

Tell me which of your dreams is the toughest and why.
- The Toughest Dream: Reaching 20K in my Steem account.
Why: While finishing school needs hard work getting more Steem power involves dealing with Steemit's challenges and keeping up with changes. Its a bit trickier.

Well, I am so glad that you have put finishing your IT desire first, as it is the most important. Education is what opens doors for you.
My husband received his IT degree in 1992, and still today he has never had to look for a job. He was his own boss, and then companies came looking for him.
As for Steemit and the 20,000 SP you are looking for, it will come. Sometimes it just takes longer. Just remember that with every stroke, you get closer.
