Welcome to my post I hope you will be great and enjoying the life .Today I will participate in the contest that is about to share my view about the Softskills such as time management , conflict management,communication so lets talk about these points one by one.

Communication

Communication is a very important skill that is actually the way to convey the message by speaking text or by our body language. Good communication skills are very much important in every field of life when we have to convey our message communicate by our speaking. When we communicate in the effective way we will be able build strong relationships with others and resolve our conflicts and achieve success as well as a medal of good personality in our personal and professional lives.

Effective communication is not the name not the name of only speaking clearly but also involves actively listening and understanding the other persons that what they want to convey. It's important to communicate with clarity and simplicity to avoid any confusion in the messages by doing so we will create a good environement. Our nonverbal communication such as special expression voice tone Body Language also matters a lot.

Time Management

The most important thing in our life is time some things that we can't catch in our life and time is one of them and it's very important skill to manage the time and here is our heading how to manage the time to achieve our goals and tasks time management is very important if we give proper time to our tasks and make the proper arrangements of our time.

Works will be easy time management helps to increase the rewards of our work with time management in very short time we may work more efficient If I discussed about myself I did manage my time in proper way I have make proper timetable for my work because I believe that time management will save us from wastage of time

Conflict Management

Another important softskill is the conflict management.The management of conflicts during our discussion with the other people is very much important. There are many people who have great ability of solving the issues between the other parties which is occurred during the discussions or debates with each other. It is also a very appreciated skilled by our religion Islam.

Our Holy Prophet SAW was also one of them who solve the issues of others and give the final decisions with equity and justice. Most of the people become angry during conflicts and it this is not good way to manage the situation instead we have to keep calm so that we can think positive and make good decisions.
