On this occasion I am back to participate in a contest held by the Steem Indonesia Community in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 15 Week 5 with the contest theme: "Dream of becoming a Steem Representative (SR)"

Becoming one of Steem's representatives may be the dream and desire of almost all Steemit users. Because many people think that by becoming a Steem representative you will get various conveniences and benefits, especially you will get maximum support from the Steemit team in the form of large and regular upvotes. This is very natural because becoming a Steem representative is not an easy matter, especially for beginner steemians. But I'm sure there are many Steemit users who never have that desire. I am one of the active Steemit users who does not have the slightest desire to become a Steemit representative.

Because I think if you become a Steem representative you will definitely have a very hard task and a big responsibility. I have enjoyed being part of Steemit as it is now, without having to be a state representative, admin or moderator of the community on Steemit. I also don't want to be burdened with various tasks and responsibilities if I have to be a Steemit representative. Because to become part of Steemit and advance this platform we can do it in other ways. Besides, I don't want to make Steemit the main part of my daily life. Let Steemit be my side job in my spare time without having to interfere with my main job.

Even though I don't have a large income from work in the real world, thank God I can meet my various needs. However, I remain committed and consistent in working on Steemit by trying to improve the writing quality of each post. Currently, after joining for more than three years, I have reached a reputation of 75 with Steem Power of more than 5000. I once reached 15,000 Steem Power while joining Steemit before I power down. So far, I have never registered to be a Steem representative, whether as a moderator or admin of a community. Besides, I don't feel worthy to be a Steem representative.

In my opinion, a Steem Representative is a Steem representative appointed to carry out certain tasks. However, to be honest, I admit that I don't really understand in detail the duties and responsibilities of a Steem Representative. But I have confidence that the Steem Rep's duties have a big influence on the growth of the platform and the steemians. While admin means to serve or help. Admin is all activities, from setting up to managing everything, which is carried out to achieve common goals. Admin cannot be done by one person alone, because it requires cooperation between two or more people. Therefore, a community on Steemit consists of two to three admins.

Although as I explained previously, until now I have no desire to become a Steem representative. However, this could change at any time, and no one can be sure of the exact name. If one day I become a steem representative, of course I will carry out my duties with full responsibility for the growth of steemit and steemians. The most important thing I do is ensure that all steemians get justice in every post, especially for quality content. Because as long as I'm on Steemit I often come across posts by admins or moderators and even SRs that are not of good quality but get extraordinary upvotes, hahaha...
