Big desires and toughest challenges in 2024"
It is with joy I take part in this contest as this topic really touch my heart, I felt it so much and it happens to be my real current challenges now. So sitting down to reflect on this questions helped me for be able to figure it out and make my strong determination on this aspect.
Well I will like to share my toughest challenges with you all stay tuned and read on, your wise and sincere suggestions is appreciated.
Losing postpartum weight
Increasing my sources of income
Staying healthy at all times and in all ages has always been my desire, as a health practitioner I hate underlying illness that is managed for a life time and as such I do not want any of such illness in my lifetime. Although we are living in a world that is full of chronic illness but we can try as much as possible to help our body resist some of it by paying attention to our health.
We all know that obesity is a disease and being obess can bring in other chronic illness to our body so having known this I want to embark on an intensive body weight loss by exercise throurouly to reduce my weight.
My goals this year is to improve on reducing my postpartum weight, I don't only desire to reduce but I will reduce it.
Increasing my sources of income
The economy in my country has really changed with much responsibilities and less income so with these are income for the month doesn't even fit in our expenses as a family and as such I and my husband planned on increasing or a source of income.
We thought of business which is the way forward in my country but then there are some instances when you don't have sales then you still bounce back on losses.
Salary work will take all your time and efforts but they pay is very small so my salary doesn't fit in with my expense is and so I decided to increase my sources of income.
The picture above shows how my face and my body weight has suddenly increased due to postpartum weight gain. In my two months postpartum I was very careful about my body weight by controlling what I eat and how I eat it.
Even after 6 months my weight was still okay for me but then suddenly it's flies up honestly I was still being very careful but then the challenges I have was my husband ask me to stop my workout exercise i do at home because he said he just affecting the baby that i have had eating well because my baby is anything food very well she is still feeding on breast milk.
As a matter of fact he said he like my weight he likes my new look but then i don't really like it i need to work on its because of what he said i felt reluctance on its and now i am suffering the effect, i am ready to work it down it is my goal despite my challenges.
As for increasing my sources of income, the challenges I have is the fear of losses but then business is all about risk so irrespective of where I start from I should expect losses. The only thing i need to be careful of is to minimize where the losses will come from.
The business is already on going the only thing i need to be careful of losses.
I think the weight loss program is the most difficult one because it is very easy to gain weight but it takes a whole lot of effort to lose even 500 grams not to talk of 1kg but since I have be determined to do it I will give it a try.
Gaining weight is not as expensive as losing weight losing weight is very expensive especially when you don't have anything that is bothering you or you are not depressed, you are not sick, you just want to reduce, It is really expensive.
When it food to eat while controlling your weight it is quite expensive over here, our cheapest food is carbohydrates and it not very good to consume it often while controlling your weight.
It is difficult to wake up early in this cold weather as seen in the picture with my baby 11 months old baby to sport, I don't have nany and so I do go everywhere with her. Waking up very early is challenging too, making it regular is difficult but I need to try it out, I'm ready to achieve this.
Watch out as I will soon embark on my postpartum weight loss, it will be encouraging for other mothers as well.
I wish myself success in my desired goals this year, since I already started, I pray for more grace to improve and possible way to do it right.

Losing weight is a very hard work, it requires a lot of hard work in the gym and changing your eating routine, but once a person sets his mind to it, nothing is impossible.Best wishes for you 🙏
