Steemit Engagement Challenge Season6 - Week1: Tips for Doing Steem Promos

Hello, world! Greetings from my end, I welcome you all to the first day of the Engagement Challenge Contests season 6week1 and I am glad to participate in sharing on the above topic. I appreciate the steemit team, for the initiative of the engagement challenge, and congratulations to the steem indonesia for qualifying as one of the selected communities for this season and I sincerely hope the platform would be lively as we continue steeming.

This contest topic captured my attention to participate in the contest, being on the steemit platform for about 9 months now, and then I have also been enjoying the rewards and the support from the curators, I will be so wicked not to promote the platform. I have never heard of the steemit platform having restrictions on people rather, the platform is open for new members to come and gain from the platform too.

Long before now, I have been trying so hard to make sure people around me know about this amazing platform too. I served as a corp member of my country Nigeria where youths come together to engage and know each others as they all serve the country so, I utilize that opportunity of my service year to introduce people who might be interested in steeming despite not all showed interest but few.

My sister-in-law always sees me concentrating on my phone and she always asks me of what gain am I pressing my phone not until I showed her my blog and the little money I have gathered so far in my steemit wallet. She showed interest and I taught her the rules of the platform, especially in the aspect of plagiarism in which she took note, I and @simonwigwe helped to put her true and now she is a steemian too with the username @vickky. I am glad I could promote the steemit platform in my little way.

Now, this contest topic aims to show my steem promotional activities or activity with the closest people to me and I am glad to show my activity of promotion with my dear lovely sister named Janet. Janet is a very young boy, I most times look at him with love, anything good I know I always share with him because his family background is a pity to hear.

She has been away hustling for some time now and immediately after he arrived home from the journey, I decided to give him a little time today, I sat him down to explain about the steemit platform and I am glad to give him much attention today because I have been busy as well.

Nigerians find it difficult to accept anything that has to do with online stuff and all of these things are a result of so many platforms that came to be genuine but thereof become something else during these times, people fainted and almost died because they lost a huge amount of money.

That is the reason why introducing people to this platform was a bit hard for me, most called me names and said it was a fraud act but my joy is that I know and I have confidence in the platform I am operating on. Some people just felt to let them give a trial and some people were eager and happy to be part of what I do which is steeming.
