Contest: A world without Electricity; Tough Times Don't Last but Tough People Do.

Hello steemians from all over the world. Greeting to you all. I trust you all feel blessed and super fantastic?
I'm glad to participate in this contest today. I thank the moderators for putting up this wonderful contest.

Introduction

Electricity has really become an integral part of our lives. I can't imagine a life without electricity. We need electricity everyday for our daily activities starting from charging up our electronics, mobile phones, lambs, ironing of clothes, pumping of water which is a necessity for our survival, lighting up our houses etc

What happens if the world has no electricity?

Ahh! I don’t want to imagine what a boring world it would be. We may not be able to get access to information.
Last week, there was no electricity in my lodge for 3 days, and it was as if it lasted for months because we have grown to become depended on electricity that when it's not there a lot of things go wrong.
Since there was no electricity; we didn't have water. Even those that sell water could not pump the water since there was no light. It was really uncomfortable staying without water to use and cook, wash the plates, clothes, bath, flush the toilet, drink etc everywhere was messy.

Another thing was that, we couldn't charge our phones. We were disconnected from the world without a phone, no information, no entertainment etc.

Can we live without electricity?

If it was In the stone age era, I would say yes, but it's not possible to live without electricity in this our globalized and modern era. We have grown to depend on it much so it's impossible to stay without it.

What do you think, if humans live without electricity in this era of globalization?

Like I said before, it would be unbearable. There would be disconnection in the world. There would be chaos. There would be no flow of information. There would be no means to get water except going to the streams, what happens when there is no stream nearby?
The world would be in darkness, there would be hunger, death, war etc.

Can we create energy with simple tools in modern era?

I can't really think of any tools that can create energy for us to use. Maybe there may be. We could create energy from stones like in the stone age, but I wonder the extent to which it can help us.

The energy gotten from stones may not be enough to help us pump water from the ground.
Anyways, it is said that, where there is a will, there is a way. I believe if such a thing ever happens people will come up with creativity to use and survive that period because TOUGH TIMES DON’T LAST BUT TOUGH PEOPLE DO.
