It is a good thing that we appreciate efforts as it is one important way to boost morale of those putting the efforts. We should always appreciate them because of transparency and commitment to their work. We should appreciate them for bringing people together to make a community. We should appreciate them because they are all round awesome people.

If I'm given the opportunity to pour my heart to Sc01 I will say a lot of things too him/Her. First, I would express my gratitude for the amazing work they do to support content creators on the Steem blockchain. I would also express my gratitude for the support and recognition they provide to people who are just starting out on Steem.
As an example when i started as a newcomeR, I got so much support from SC01 and that is the major reason I'm still active on the platform, there are people we joined the same time but are not active anymore for one reason over another. I have never been one day entitled to the support I get from them. I do my thing and hope that I get supports and if i don't get I continue to try harder.
Then I would also express my gratitude for the way they help to bring people together and create a sense of community on the platform. This work they do is very important for the growth of the community of the steem Blockchain. Sometimes their supports is what bring people from the different communities together. So thank SC01 for your tireless efforts towards the growth of the platform. Keep it up.
What Is your question related to support votes on the Steemit platform or other personal issues? |

One of the many questions I have is, why do some people get more support than another? There are some posts I see that gets up to $50 support but others $2,$17 and even $20. I want to know the criteria that would make me get such a big supports.
Secondly, what are the most important factors you consider when selecting content to promote? Because there are quality and edifying contents I have seen with 0.00$ or 2$. So I want to know what are the things you look out for in a post before supporting it.
- Thirdly, How can users contribute to the growth and development of the Steem ecosystem? Because personally I want to look back in tye next 2 years and boast that I was part of the growth of this platform. I want to boast that my little addition made the community where it is.

I think the performance of steemcurator01 has been overwhelmingly positive. They have done a great job of promoting quality content and supporting the growth of the Steem ecosystem. They have also been very responsive to the needs of the community and have made efforts to be transparent and open about their processes.
They are doing a fantastic job and are an invaluable part of the Steem community.
I will say, however, that there have been some concerns raised about the size and influence of their upvotes, and how they can potentially skew the reward distribution on Steem. But overall, they are doing an excellent job and.
