Diary Game : Did Aeromix In 3 Companies, PT. Perta Arun Gas (PAG), PT. Pertamina & Disporapar Lhokseumawe City, Aceh (May 19th, 2023)

”Byaaarrr... Byuuurrr... Byaaarrr... Byuuurrr...”, The sounds of water fallen from the dipper in the bathroom. Yep, I taken a bath in early morning inasmuch as I had schedule to did aeromix in three companies this Friday morning.
No wonder, my ZIN asked me to be their shadow. I choose to wore my hoodie due to the fact that last night it was pouring. I consider this morning the weather will be cold.
Approximately thirty minutes later my ZIN picked me up by their car. I shake hands and got permit to my elder sister then go. To begin with do aeromix at PT. Perta Arun Gas (PAG), Industri, Muara Satu, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh with some employees plus the managers.
They are so excited to do aeromix in the blessed morning with their full power & highest spirit. Hats Off.
Secondly, we continued to do aeromix at Pertamina Company, Integrated Terminal Lhokseumawe, Hagu Teungoh, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh with some staff & leaders also in that Friday morning.
They tried hard to push their energies while doing aeromix even if the under the sun. It was a fun day. Finished do aeromix, we took some pictures to captured our lovely moments after do some sports last time.

We shake our legs to continue to do aeromix again with some of civil servants from some offices at Disporapar Office, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh. About three minutes later our car arrived at the place.
Yep, rather full schedule today. However even if I am dying for sports, I try to control myself & maintain my health by consume a lot of healthy foods & drinks furthermore get sleep well & enough in my daily life.
Finished do aeromix, my instructor plus ZIN asked me to take some pictures with them. No doubt, our bodies ful of bullets sweat in that day like an oven. I wore my glass plus hat & put a little sunscreen on my face to avoid the ultraviolet light.

After taken a bath for the second times, I get dressed and check some notifications on my cellphone. Yep, mostly is all about Steemit. A few minutes later I took a nap. I slept a wink, buddies, ”Zzzzzzzzzz” 😴
In the evening after did Dusk Prayer, I recited my Holy Qur'an till Isya. About an hour later, I switch on my laptop then started typing to make some posts in some of communities in Steemit.
I switch on our air conditioner in our bedroom, wore my sweater plus socks, recited TriQul, made a little du’a and hit the sack. Oyasuminasai fellas...
