Hello ruzmaira, I have carefully read your post and I think it is not by chance, I am sure that God has guided me.
It is not easy to cope with a situation like the one you are experiencing now, especially when there are two daughters.
All mankind is going through terrible calamities. There is a way out, and that is to seek God (Jehovah). It is our consolation, relieves our sorrows.
In the biblical book of Philippians chap. 4:6,7 says: "Do not be anxious about anything but rather in any situation by prayers and supplications and giving thanks make known to God your requests, and the peace of God that is beyond what any human being can understand .... will guard your heart and mind for Christ Jesus.
If you get angry you can get sick, you must be healthy, your girls need you. May Jehovah bless you and your girls.

Reestablishing yourself is a process but it can be done with God's help.
