(09/06) Infinite distribution PNUT, will PNUT exceed 300 million in 10 years? Future PNUT distribution scenario

If I tell you the conclusion, it won't cross the line.

Even if PNUT is designed to be distributed infinitely, PNUT are more active than other tokens in their halving and incineration systems. Regarding the changing incineration situation, I calculated the expected future PNUT distribution by scenario based on the current situation.

1.Current circulation/incineration status

The bottom part, 196,312 PNUT is the average daily incineration which has accumulated over 15days(August 21 to September 4).

Current daily PNUT distribution amount is 288,000, but if we deduct the average daily incineration(196,312 PNUT), it remains only 91,688 PNUT per day.

In other words, on everyday PNUT is purely provided only 32% of distribution mechanism.

Now PNUT's current real circulation amount is around 72,584,426.(117,662,951 - 25,000,002 - 5,837,764 - 14,240,759 = 72,584,426, confer below)

And then, Next round(2nd) of halving PNUT period will come in around 29 days.

2.Distribution structure of PNUT

This is Distritution structure of PNUT token. 1block generate per 3 seconds, 10,000,000 block can be calculated as around 1year. There will be little error.

• Early October 2021 : 5 PNUT/1block(2nd halving)
• Early October 2022 : 2.5 PNUT/1block(3rd halving)
• Early October 2023 : 1.23 PNUT/1block(last halving to permanent date)

Scenario 1 : If there aren't any incineration from 2nd halving

From 2nd halving to 3rd halving, 144,000 PNUT will be distributed a day, it means 51,264,000 PNUT a Year.

Real circulation on early October 2021 is 75,243,378. In other words, If there aren't any incineration from 2nd halving, The real circulation by then is 126,507,378(75,243,378 + 51,264,000).

From 3rd halving to last halving, 72,000 PNUT will be distributed a day, it means 26,532,000 PNUT a Year.

In other words, If there aren't any incineration from 2nd halving, the real circulation on early October 2022 is 153,039,378 PNUT.

From las halving, 36,000 PNUT will be distributed a day. it means 12,816,000 PNUT a Year. if we keep same hypothesis and calculate real PNUT circulation in 5, 10 years, the results are as below.

• The real circulation of PNUT in 5 years : 153,039,378 + (12,816,000 * 3) = 191,487,378 PNUT
• The real circulation of PNUT in 1o years : 153,039,378 + (12,816,000 * 3) + (12,816,000 * 5) = 255,567,378 PNUT

So we can see PNUT will not exceed 300 million in 10 years, since even there are no incineration it is calculated as 255,567,378 PNUT.

Scenario 2. If scheduled PNUT incineration rate (32%) is same as now.

Real PNUT circulation amount on early October 2021(after 29days) : 75,243,378 PNUT

• Real PNUT circulation amount after 5 years : (191,487,378 - 75,243,378) * 0.32 + 75,243,378 = 112,441,458 PNUT
• Real PNUT circulation amount after 10 years : (255,567,378 - 75,243,378) * 0.32 + 75,243,378 = 132,947,058 PNUT

Scenario 3. If scheduled PNUT incineration rate keep the level under 32% in average.

• Real PNUT circulation amount after 5 years : 112,441,458 ~ 191,487,378 PNUT
• Real PNUT circulation amount after 10 years : 132,947,058 ~ 255,567,378 PNUT

As long as there is a Nutbox Ecology, there is no possibility that there is no incineration. Therefore, I think the most realistic is Scenario 3. Real PNUT circulation amount after 5 years : 112,441,458 ~ 191,487,378 PNUT, Real PNUT circulation amount after 10 years : 132,947,058 ~ 255,567,378 PNUT.
