Human beings are born into the world with natural mindset is blank space. As he/she grows, he/she has to undergo a process called education else he/she will die with a blank mindset. The purpose of this education is to enlighten him/her on the affairs, running of his/her environment and the Earth at large.

Education is majorly of two types; formal and informal education. Formal education can be categories into different sets likes nursery, primary, secondary, tertiary,etc. Each level of education had an impact in a person's life.

Currently, I am in the tertiary institution and over there,we have different field of study. I will like to tell us my field of study, it's impact and it's uses to the society.

My current field of study is biology and education also known as Biology education. Biology education is a department under a huge faculty called education. It is also a sub department of science education, a major department in the university. Luckily for me, my university (university of Uyo) offers this course and I am on it.

My reasons for the choice of this field of study is that it inquires about the nature and the environment around us. Since I am an inquisitive type of person, this course for me well.

Another reason is that I can use it to impact knowledge on other. The usefulness of my course to life and the society include:

• It inculcate the individual of knowledge about his/her life: basic knowledge about health tips and precautions are handled by this course. With this, the individual know how to interact with his/her environment.

Biology education is not actually my dream course. But I am gradually loving the course. How I got my admission into the university was a mysterious one. After my necessary JAMB preparation and examination, I went back to my normal day activities.

But, on a fateful day, I received a call from my cyber space telling me to check my jamb portal. That admission is ongoing. I checked mine and I realized that I have been given admission to my current course. I went to the cyber cafe to print my admission letter. Then, my school life began.
