Abbottabad, the city of pines and chinars and is also known because of its pleasant weather throughout the year.

Abbottabad is the one of the beautiful city in the Hazara region of eastern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Abbottabad is the 40th largest city in Pakistan and is the sixth largest in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by the population.

On January 1853 Abbottabad was founded and named after Major James Abbott. James Abbott remained the first Deputy Commissioner of the Hazara district

Abbottabad has been attracting tourists to the city and it is a transit point for some major regions of Pakistan such as Ayubia, Nathyagali, Naran Kahan, Kashmir as so on

Abbottabad is a well- cultured city, with a combination of modern and ancient cultures. The religious bonds are very tight and majority of the people are fond of Islamic traditions.
