Shouldn't it be,
(1 + 7) + (1 + 7) + (1 + 6) + (1 + 2) + 3 + Foul = 29
The only time that you can pot the green is after the yellow. But... after every red, you have to pot a colour - So the final red followed by the yellow is correct. Then, you've got to pot the yellow again before you can move on to the green.
