Unfortunately, there is currently no clear path from the proposal to its implementation. I believe that we need to develop such a mechanism. This does not mean that every proposal must be implemented. Each proposal should be discussed in a certain circle of interested people, its effect should be predicted. But if everyone agrees that the proposal is good and should be implemented, it should go to the executor. Now it is not clear to me where to turn with my ideas and suggestions, and whether anyone needs them at all.

Your suggestion is good and something similar has already occurred to me 🙂
