I'm glad to be part of this contest and share ideals I'm in supposed of opinion that says following passion is better and more preferred than stable career With the following few point of mind

Doing what you loves gives you more convince than running up every morning to run a particular route daily. With change of ideas, pattern and methodology, when it comes to passion it gives us the insight on how to twist and be dynamic in ways of doing things. When it relation to something you are doing for passion developing new skill to tactle and settle problem will be your sold aim and this take place at convince, while doing a particular or stable career is quiet a run over method or pattern, which always follow the principle of the company or organization thereby sticking to a particular pattern and culture.

Freedom

What you doing for passion gives you room for freedom, an individual that is operating in agro firm or commerical farming can not be compare to one who is working in the private or government sectors, talking about freedom in mode of dressing, he who run a stable career will always will want to meet the conduct of the conducting in dressing. But he that work or operate a passion driven business choose a pattern of dress or clothes code is of his own choose freedom of dressing is on outing parameter.
Freedom in time, he chose the time to go to his own driven passion while one who work in as a stable career, follow up
Company or his organization time.

Boss/Ownership

In a passion driven career it's mostly a personal business operate by the owner at that point, he is the boss of his own business or investment which in career they is always a boss who navigate to the direction of his or her will and owner is also very obvious with a very thin line to demarcate between the boss and workers
Paycheck/ salary
In passion driven is mostly the owner paying for his self and he is accountable not to anybody choose a stable career, it mostly being pay by government or private company with a paycheck or salary.

Time

A stable career often do not have time to consider other priorities apart from his career most time they don't even have time for their families and loves ones as they will be transferred from one place and another, either to gain more knowledge or assist other to upgrade in that particular field career like most teacher, doctor are transferred from one place to another while you follow you passion example in business owner they maintain their business and are not transferred or move from one place another but rather do that at their convinces either to go for a vacation or holiday and have fun..

Security

In stable career the security of the job is not a binding bond for success after job like bank, the possibility of securing the job is not ensured as you might be sacked at anytime when your service are no more valuable to them..
But in following your passion you enjoy your security and Even the security of others. You can be fired at any point in time but in passion driven, you work is you pride abd ego

Conclusion

I believe with this follow point outlines, features that have been able to convince you that following your true passion is more better than a stable career that might even end at any point in time
