The use of turmeric is very useful for eliminating inflammatory bacteria in our body and for joint pain.Apart from this, it is very important for our hair and our facial skin.Using a mixture of olive oil, honey and turmeric makes the hair beautiful, the hair is thick, long and shiny.It is also helpful for weight loss and treatment of malignant diseases like cancer.

One tablespoon of turmeric.

One tablespoon gram flour.

One table spoon yogurt.

Make a mixture of all these things.Apply this mixture on face and hands for 15 to 20 minutes.Continue this process for a few weeks and you will see results.
