Everyone wants beautiful skin and thick hair. Everyone dreams of looking beautiful whether it is a girl or a boy, but we forget that we have to take care of it. Just like we take care of our things, we also need to take care of our skin and hair. Nature has given us many types of fruits through which we can keep our skin spotless and make our hair thick.
Banana is one of the other fruits. We know that banana is rich in protein and is a complete food, but we throw away its peel or forget that banana peel can be very useful for us. We can maintain the beauty of our skin by making a face mask made of banana peel. There are many vitamins like Vitamin B6, B12, Potassium, Magnesium etc. which are needed for our skin.
Banana peels not only make the skin shiny, but it can also make the hair very thick. Banana peel helps a lot in thickening the hair. Banana peel and the minerals present in it can give the right amount of moisture and care to our hair, which keeps the hair shiny and also makes it thick and increases the beauty of the hair.

A pretty easy homemade recipe for good skin and hair is ,
Firstly , grind the peel of a banana in a mixer to make a smooth paste. Take it out in a bowl and add egg white to it. Then add rose water to this mixture and mix it well.
Apply it properly on your face , neck etcetera . By using such a pack twice a week, our skin gets glowing and the blemishes on the face fades away. Even the dark circles under the eyes get cured.
