The diary Game|| A busy day at office, scorching weather today|| 04-07-2024

Hope you all are doing well and good and enjoying the best days of your life. This is me @shahid2030 from Pakistan and you are here reading my post. You all are welcome here from the core of my heart.

I woke up early in the morning and offered my Salah. I slept yesterday late at night, I was too much sleepy and slept again. I missed Gym today too. Walking up again first thing I have done is I have taken bath, done my breakfast and left to my office.

I got a bit late to office today. It was a scorching hot, sun was furious, melting our skin. That’s good we have two Aircon at office, you feel even cold inside.

We had a mob of people today at bank, pensioners people arrived in huge quantity. Actually it was the strat of the month, people come to take their salaries and pensions. It was a busy day for all our staff. I have handled some customers related our Takaful Plan, they showed interest and told me will contact me in a while to buy plan.

We were given green tea, it really freshened my mind. It gives coolness to body inside. In summer green tea is my most favourite. One good thing i like about it is, that it helps you lose extra cholesterol of your body.

Until 2 pm at was so much rush at bank. We has luch at break time, our break timing is from 1:45 to 2:15. I don’t eat meal, just ordered bananas. I no eat half a dozen bananas at lunch. I am in process of gaining muscles, i have bought Whey Protein for myself. Banana is too good for muscles gaining too.

I love eating lays. After lunch I told PN to bring me a packet of lays and nestle juice. It taste too good, especially when you are sitting in a comfortable place. Let me tell it’s price in Pkr and Steem.

We have off at 5 pm. I went to home after off. Believe me it was too hot, my body was full of sweating, i got completely wet. On the way I have bought polka ice cream for me, it gave a bit coolness to my body.
