SFS Contest Week 12 | Skincare Ingredient (Gram Flour)
Greeting everyone in the community! I hope everyone is in good health and wellness as we begin the Summer season. With this changing climate, we must adapt to changing lifestyles and routines to meet the unique demands that Summer brings. Today I am going to participate in the contest organized by @ashkhan in the Steem fashion and style community. The topic of the contest is Skincare Ingredient Gram Flour. This is a very interesting topic. I will try to share my experience.

I learned the use of Gram Flour from my grandmother. My grandmother used to say that in our time we didn't have so many face creams like now, we only used kitchen stuff, and my grandmother's skin was very shiny. In fact many of us do not know that gram flour is very beneficial for hair and skin. The use of Gram Flour is unparalleled to make your beauty attractive to everyone. Let's see how Gram Flour helps us in beauty.
Regular use of gram flour on hair reduces hair fall and makes them look healthy. A very common remedy for dandruff, thinning hair, and hair loss is gram flour. Regular use of gram flour strengthens hair follicles which further improves hair growth. Grams are rich in protein which helps in nourishing hair and prevents hair fall. It cleanses the scalp and its chemical-free cleansing agents are packed with nutrients that will help you achieve long, smooth hair.
Gram flour is a very common item in the kitchen. This can be found in everyone's kitchen. It is also believed that gram flour can solve various skin problems. Such as acne, and tan, can heal various blemishes. Besides, wax can restore the beauty of the skin. This gram flour is also very effective for dry skin. There is even scientific proof of this in some cases. A pure available ingredient free of chemicals.
I usually don't use any soap or face wash. I have been using gram flour for a long time, I also use lentil powder along with boot dal. I always keep a glass bottle of gram flour mixture over the basin to clean my face.

- Gram Flour1&1/2 teaspoons
- Turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice-4 drop
- Raw Milk 1 teaspoon.
🌸 Face mask prepared method
First take Gram Flour, turmeric, milk, and lemon juice in a clean bowl. Mix all the ingredients together with the help of a spoon so that there are no lumps.

The paste should be made thick. I used raw milk to get the perfect consistency I wanted. Then apply this mask to a clean face. Now, leave the paste on the skin for 15-20 minutes, and when the face mask dries up, gently scrub it off while rinsing with plain water. For better results, use it three times a week.

Gram flour helps remove dead skin cells, lemon juice contains vitamin C which effectively removes tan and raw milk acts as a cleanser to soothe the skin. Adding turmeric to this pack is good for acne-prone skin, due to its antibacterial properties. All in all, this pack is best for people with normal skin types excluding sensitive skin.
