Curry eggs!!!
You brought back so many memories. My mom use to make curry eggs for us when we were little. It was our favorite!
The only thing she didn't put in was chilly. (•ิ‿•ิ)
My mom is now 86 and she is no longer able to make us curry eggs.

Oh wow, your mother is 86 years old. This is a very good thing, it means that your children will also see their great grandmother. In our place, people hardly live till 65 and it is very good that your mother is 86 years old. Yes, of course you may not add chilli, but this is India, there is no food without chilli except sweets.
I'm now living in a province where there are a lot of Indians resident.
I am slowly but surely getting use to all the chilies. (•ิ‿•ิ)
