Have all the talent and don't work hard you will see yourself diminished and others overtaking you. We have witnessed several debates about the greatest of all time footballers "Messi and Ronaldo", some say Messi is a product of talent while Ronaldo is a product of hard work. Does it mean Messi doesn't work hard too? Yes, he does and this shows clearly that hard work accompanies talent for growth to take place and for success to be the result, so with this I chose hard work.

Hardwork vs Talent

My co-debaters choosing talent over hard work is not completely rosy, because hard work means putting our talent into use, showcasing how good we are at something, and if we don't show how good we are by working hard our talent could be dumped. Another thing we need to understand is that talent could be acquired, because having a good voice can't help you stand out to become a musician, you need more of voice training and a music coach to help you understand song timings and understanding your part(alto, suprano, tenor), which will take your time showing that hardwork is involved.

Bringing back the case of ronaldo and messi, messi might be a talented footballer, but don't you think each training he does is a part of him working hard, the more he trains the more skills he acquired, if we sleep over our ability to perform certain taskes or fail to work hard to see ourselves performing better our talent may not be recognised.

Hardwork vs Talent

I prefer Hardwork because what we see in our todays world are all product of hardwork. Man was given the ability to reason and ponder on the things happening around him and this has made him research to find solution to her problem. Scientist didn't just propose an hypothesis and then sit back to watch the experiment perform itself, they brought ideas and they work hard to see each of these ideas come to reality, hardwork has brought industrialization, hardwork has led to research which has been beneficial to man's health and many more, that is simple what hard work does, It makes dreams come true.
