How Many Times A Day, Do You Brush Your Teeth To Keep Your Teeth Clean?
Teeth are a great blessing of Allah.Through which we can know the taste of food.In case of dental problems, people do not chew their food, which causes inflammation in their intestines.It gradually turns into a serious disease that can lead to death.
So it is important to keep the teeth clean to avoid such diseases.I brush my teeth twice a day, once in the morning after breakfast and once after dinner.
I thank Allah Almighty that my teeth are perfectly fine.
Your's Favorite Tooth Paste For Cleaning Teeth?
There are many techniques used in dental hygiene.Most of the people use indigenous recipes to clean their teeth,because diseases were not so much at that time.
People used to clean their teeth with salt and maswak.As time passed people's thinking also changed.They abandoned indigenous recipes and started using tooth paste.
Due to which they lost their trust in home ramidies.My favorite toothpaste is Medicam.The ingredients in it are very beneficial for my teeth.
Advantages & Disadvantages Of Your's Favorite Tooth Paste?
My favorite toothpaste is Medicam it has its pros and cons.I would like to share with you some of its pros and cons.
Advantages
It is very effective for our gums and its aroma remains in the mouth for a long time.
It is very useful as a reaction to heat or head temperature such as toothache or discomfort.
Persistent bad breath is a result of the overgrowth of bacteria on our teeth and tongue around our gums.
When any part of the body is burnt, the paste is also used for this as it gives a cooling sensation.
Disadvantages
Excessive use of paste is harmful for our teeth because its excessive use causes yellowing of the teeth.
Fluoride is added to the paste which is very dangerous for our teeth, if we use the paste excessively it can help in the loss of our teeth.
Excessive use of paste leads to tooth sensitivity.

tooth paste are best way to clean teeth instead of its we have to make msvaak. thats is not easy and not available for everyone.
