It is really very difficult for me to choose in today's competition because it is on such a topic in which one thing is my choice and the other my mother's choice.
However, excess of anything is bad, whereas there are many varieties of tea, people drink a lot of green tea to keep themselves fit and healthy, but my mother likes the traditional Indian tea with several ingredients like milk .

Perhaps our organizer has asked us to choose anyone between tea and coffee.
In winters, i also drink several times . Our traditional Indian tea is quite healthy and tasty . It consists of ingredients like ginger, black pepper, few petals of Indian holy basil , cardamom etcetera . It works as a medicine . Drinking it provides relief in winter.

Today I will choose coffee .

Coffee is prepared and drunk in countless ways but two are the very basic ones , one with milk and one without milk . Coffee with milk is called just coffee while coffee without milk is called black coffee.

Milk Coffee -

Drinking coffee with milk is tasty, it is energetic but it is a bit heavy. It gets digested after some time and drinking too much of it causes acidity . Also harsh on lactose intolerant people. Hence I do not prefer milk coffee.

Black coffee -

I am a student and I need coffee to get rid of sleep while studying, so I often consume it . There is no taste in the black coffee but yes, it has many benefits. Black coffee is always beneficial .

Black coffee makes the body agile due to which we are able to do all our work actively. Along with this, it also increases the ability to burn calories in our body, hence if someone likes to stay slim then he can consume coffee. Along with this, it also reduces the pain of arthritis in the body. Drinking coffee also provides relief from the problem of depression. It prevents the development of diseases like Alzheimer's. Drinking coffee also improves the liver.
