❇️💕My favorite travel destination💕 ❇️

My favorite travel destination is Lahore, the 2nd largest city in Pakistan.

Lahore is one of liveliest city on glob. It's spell spread over centuries.
Lahore has a rich culture, a very long historical background and is a marvelous city usually known as the cultural "Heart of Pakistan".

❇️💕 Lahore is love💕❇️

Like a jewel in the crown, Lahore is present in Punjab. It is a bustling city due to illuminated bazars, architectural marvels, melodious qawaly music, historical masterpieces, museums, zoos, spicy street food, grandiose malls and the most important thing, the old Androon Lahore

If you want to feel life, you should visit Lahore. In my mother tongue, people used to say that جنہے لہور نی ویکھیا اہ جمیا ہی نی When you once visit this city of amritas glory, you can't get over it. It feels like it calls you again and again. I think there is some magic in the air of Lahore which you can't break. We have a our own Eiffel tower 🤭in Lahore.

❇️💕Lahore is special 💕❇️

Lahore itself is so special. It is very difficult to choose any one aspect of Lahore. But I want to share with you people about its imperious historical architecture. These monuments belong to different dynasties who rule over them, like Mughals, Sikh and British.

If we take a look over historical monuments, they are mostly built by Mughals and even the houses inside the old city are mostly influenced by Mughals. Mughal architecture is a mash up of Islamic Iranian Hindus and even a bit of British architecture. Symbolism and style are the particularity of Mughal architecture. The Mughals were very passionate about their structural marvels and by combining different styles they were at the peak of creativity. Mughals build forts, palaces, entertainment places, tombs and mosques. Mughals are proud of their heritage and they showcase it in a glorious way in every building. If we take a bird eye view, no doubt in the architectural sense Lahore belongs to Mughals.

After the Mughals, the Sikh dynasty ruled over Lahore. They also leave their imprints on the wall of history.

Mostly they follow the Mughal type of architecture and refer to Lahore as a city of gardens. The samadhi of Ranjit Singh is a masterpiece of the Sikh dynasty. It is designed in a way that you bound in its imperious spall if you see it.

Under British rule, many more buildings, like Aitchison college Lahore museum Haily college of commerce, Mayo school of art, Ganga ram hospital, Chemistry department of GC University and many others constructed under the supervision of Sir Ganga Ram.

These buildings have a charm of Victorian, Mughals and gothic imprints. Although there are many ups and downs in the history of Lahore, its glory is incomplete without any of these imprints.

❇️💕My memories 💕❇️

I visited Lahore many times for many reasons. But this is the only city which I visit with my school friends for a school trip. I was in fifth grade and I still remember that hot day. But our happiness crossed over the heat.

We visited my places, including Badshahi mosque, Shahi qala, India- Pakistan border, Minar e Pakistan, Lahore museum, GC University and zoo. We had a delicious lunch by some professor at GC university. That was a memorable day of my life.

Finally I want say that if you are passionate about historical and bustling places , please take a visit to Lahore . You'll never disappoint
