From Pakistan 🇵🇰.Every person has a skill and how good it is?we should use it better..Perhaps this is the reason why this contest attracted me.At First I thought,what can I do like this?After reading further I found out that cooking is also a skill.We often forget that cooking is also a great art.We just consider it our duty but I am grateful to @pea07 that they reminded me about my skill through this beautiful contest.

Quick plan.

When it comes to cooking,I learned it by watching my mother,like everyone else.Its not like I'm great chief,but I cook in our home on every special occasion.I saw a recipe on YouTube a few days ago that I really liked.I have saved it and will make it someday but yesterday when we had lunch,my mother addressed me and asked When did you try that recipe?kekeke. I said okay let's try today.Mommy and I went to the market together and bought the necessary thing which we need in this recipe.Am excited to make and share this recipe with you.Today I try to make "fried chicken wings."So let's start.

Ingredients I need.

Chicken wings1 kg
Egg1
OilAs required
Flour2 spoon.
Salt1 spoon
Red chilli powder2 spoon
Turmerichalf tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste2 spoon
Green chilli paste1 spoon
Nigella seed2 spoon
Chilli flex1 spoon
Lemonhalf (if you want) I didn't get it from the market so skip Kekeke.

Procedure to make yummy chicken wings.

Step # 01.

“I washed the chicken wings with my clean hands and left them to dry for a while.When it's properly dry I take a clean bowl and add wings make sure the wings are properly dry otherwise they didn't catch spices.
Then I add green chillies paste and ginger garlic paste and mix well with my barehand.”

Step #02.

“The bowl was quite small for the wings actually I didn't mix it well so take another open plate and shifted.Now am start adding the rest of the spices like salt,red chilli peppers , turmeric powder,nigella seed , chilli flex and mix,mix,mix.”

Step # 03.

“Now add 2 spoon of floor,one egg and mix it with your hand .I didn't use any spoon or anything else to mix .Give a 4/5 minutes good massage and then cover it and keep in a fridge for 45 minutes to 1 hour.”

Step # 04.

“After 1 hour it's time to fry and see the result.
I take a big pot and add good amount of oil to fry .When the oil heated add wings one by one and cooked on a low flame about 8/10 minutes.When it's golden carefully keep it in a plate.”

What a lovely skill and food you have shared with us today, it looks very delicious and tempting to eat, I think your going to become a chef one day because this food am seeing right now is amazing. I wish you good luck in your entry friend
